The staff were friendly and helpful; however, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom in the room. There were flies coming out of the drains. The cleanliness and odor were not what you would expect from a hotel like Dedeman. Additionally, the breakfast variety was insufficient.

Odanın imkanları, temizliği olağan üstü düzeydeydi. Akşam yemek tercihim otelde oldu ve gayet memnun kaldım yemeklerden. Otopark problemi olmayan ve çevre yoluna çok yakın konumda. Konya seyahatlerim için birinci sıra tercihim olacaktır.

Otelde aile suitinde kaldık, odanın yerleşkesi gayet güzel ve rahattı ancak mutfağı olmasına rağmen tamamen bomboştu, en azından bebeğime yemek yedirmek için bir çatal kaşık olmasını isterdim. Onun haricinde açık büfe kahvaltısı çok kötüydü, peynir zeytinler buruş buruştu Dedeman ismine asla yakışmayan bir kahvaltıydı.
