The staff were all very lovely and friendly, the hotel was a little hard to find due to no signage outside and the furniture was a little tired and could do with modernisation like the wardrobes and desk but all fit for purpose! Lovely and warm and comfortable beds
The rooms were clean too, I would recommend this hotel

Very good hotel, extremely clean throughout. Everything has been refurbished to a high standard. My room was newly refurbished, modern, and very well presented. Excellent value for money — I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel was very clean and looked to have been recently refurbished. Very good for the price.
One thing, the floors are wooden and would benefit with either a rug or a carpet as the floors were very cold if you don’t have slippers or flip flops or some kind of foot ware.
Otherwise very nice hotel

I have to say, for the price I really didn't expect much. But the room was immaculately clean, water pressure and temp from the shower little short of EPIC and the bed was genuinely, the comfiest I've ever slept in! Thanks for accommodating my last minute need for a room for the night! I'll be back.
There are many more expensive hotels in the area with facilities, but if you don't need an evening meal or an overpriced breakfast, this is without a doubt, the best cheaper end hotel not just in High Wycombe, but anywhere I've ever stayed! I'll be back!

The parking was not as secure as I would like but the room was clean, welcoming which I liked, the staff were friendly, and there was hot water which is really important to me. I have stayed in a place where there was no hot water. So this meant a lot to have.

Room was good for the price, it was a slight shame about the thin walls and the noisy neighbours!

On the surface, the premises looked clean, although extremely basic. The sheets and pillows were clean, with a topper on the mattress, there were no pillow protectors, just pillow cases. The room was however not as shown in the pictures shown. The outside of the building is extremely run down, in need of repair, redecoration and landscaping, apart from the building number, 210, the was no signage to say that this was an hotel. The corridors, intermediate fire doors and the many stairs were extremely narrow, far less than one meter, I would say this could cause a major hazzard in the case of an emergency evacuation. There was no logic behind how the doors were numbered, room 11, was in front of room 25, room 10 further down the corridor, rooms 9 and 12, were in completely different sections. Check in was very simple and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. One very big no, unfortunately was the bathroom. Mould was present around the tap area to the bath. The bath plug wouldn't stay open whilst using the shower. The water pressure was so low, it took twice as long to shower and rinse the soap etc. And the worst was that excrement was smeared on the wall behind and below the toilet roll. Unfortunately, this is not a property that I would consider staying at again.

I was happy on the first day because on the outward appearance, it was clean. However, I took off my shoes and was wearing socks and these quickly became very dirty. The second day, there was no hot water at all. I wanted to have a shower and ended up having a cold shower, something I have never done before, which was very disappointing. I was so tired and wanted to unwind but after a cold shower, I was cold, and unable to settle for a while. There is no lift, so I had to carry heavy bags to the top floor. No one offers to help carry your bags for you. You are pretty much on your own with that. The tea and milk you get on arrival on the first day is all you get, there is no refill, if you want more, you have to make your way to the nearest shops.

Nothing wrong with the venue, had a noisy guest in an adjacent room banging on about her missing purse and blaming her boyfriend for her behaviour.
