The room was clean and specious. Location was good to reach city center. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. We reserved an executive suit for 3 people, but the bed was not ready for the third person, we only had two set of towels at the beginning. The room was smelling cleaning supplies very much, if you have allergies that might be a problem. Anyone can enter the elevator and go up to room floors. No security or card activated elevator.

A very good stay with minor service remarks Positives: * Location: Excellent and very close to all the services and amenities a guest might need. * Reception: The staff was very polite and helpful, and the check-in process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. * Rooms: Clean, tidy, and equipped with all the essential necessities for a comfortable stay. Remarks (Room Service Issue): Despite the positives mentioned above, I encountered an issue with room cleaning. I requested my room to be cleaned when I left in the morning. However, when I returned at 2:00 PM, I found that the room had not been cleaned at all. I contacted the reception, and they assured me they would send housekeepers right away. After waiting for 20 minutes, nobody showed up. I called them again to report the delay, and since I was in a rush, I told them to just bring fresh towels instead of cleaning the whole room. The towels arrived 10 minutes later, but unfortunately, they were not suitable for two people. Instead of regular bath towels, they brought four floor mats (the towels used for the bathroom floor). Conclusion: The hotel has great potential in terms of location and cleanliness. However, I hope the management pays more attention to room service coordination and ensures that guests' requests are fulfilled accurately and promptly.

Very disappointing stay. The swimming pool was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, but it was not working during our stay. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, similar to sweat, which made it very uncomfortable. I paid for accommodation for 4 people, but the room only had one queen bed. The extra bed they provided was in terrible condition and extremely uncomfortable. This was not what we expected or paid for. Overall, the hotel did not deliver the facilities and room setup that were advertised. I would not recommend staying here.

Odanın ses ve ısı yalıtımı maalesef oldukça kötüydü. Dışarıdaki tüm sesler odanın içindeymiş gibi duyuluyordu ve dışarıdaki soğuk hava da doğrudan odaya giriyordu. Odanın genel durumu ise idare eder seviyedeydi. Üşüdüğümüzü belirttiğimizde resepsiyon yorgan getirerek yardımcı oldu. Ancak gece su istemek için resepsiyonu aradığımızda telefonumuza cevap verilmedi. Bu nedenle soğuk ve yağmurlu havada aşağı inip su almak zorunda kaldık. Özellikle gece saatlerinde resepsiyona ulaşılamaması bizim için olumsuz bir deneyimdi.
