The staff at Asur made our stay so pleasant. They were so incredibly helpful and on point. For example ordered a private car/driver for us to get to the airport, prepared sandwiches for us for the early am departure since we missed breakfast. The location is good and the room was comfortable.

This hotel is a quaint little gem. The rooms offered all that we needed (great water pressure in the shower! And great options on the TV for viewing/streaming in English) The dining area is lovely (traditional Turkish breakfast was wonderfully fresh and there were always tables reserved for hotel guests to hang out any time of day and enjoy Turkish tea). The staff is unsurpassed! They truly made us feel at home, anticipating every need and even took care of our laundry in under 7 hours! In the dining room Burhan & Kasim never let our complimentary cups of tea or coffee go empty. At the front desk, Elias & the other managers greeted us by name each time we returned and smoothly arranged private rides for our party. The hotel is centrally located, so we could easily walk to all the major sites/public transportation. We plan to stay there again next time we come to visit!

Liked: staff with good English and smiles. Zeki and cleaner Esma. LIked hot shower water. Didn't like: calling for hot water to make a cup of tea or Çaykur branded tea bags (Liptons are better). My wake up call was 30 minutes late, luckily I heard my phone alarm. My room card cancelled on me 3 times. Annoying because I would go up and then have to go down again to reception.
