We stayed here for 4 nights - my husband and I and our two young adult children. This hotel was amazing! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming - the restaurant on site is very good and has a lovely outdoor sitting area. The room were spacious, beds very comfortable, tons of space for luggage, two separate seating areas and a small kitchen area - the shower is small but works well and having a separate water closet made it easier for all of us to get ready at the same time. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Graz this is it!
