We were happy with our choice and had no complaints. We were right on the beach although our suite had no ocean view. The suite was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small. Each unit has a designated parking place and ours was right in front of our suite. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Very pleased with this newly renovated property. Room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and had plenty of chairs. Very easy beach access and newly replenished sand which was beautiful. Management was very easy to contact and onsite to greet us on arrival. Our rental was direct beachfront with nice patio.

This place is a Hidden Gem along New Smyrna Beach! (hidden because the 22nd St sign is behind a palm lol) It's a small business, beautiful property, attentive host, not at all expensive when I went late September-October. You can't beat it. Beautiful, tasteful decor. Very nice bed, felt like a $1000+ mattress. If the bed's too soft, the couch should be just about right for you. 50-70 yards from the beach. 5min from the Bob Ross Workshop. Full kitchen with dishes will save you a lot of $$$ if you don't mind cooking on your holiday. It was also quiet at night, very peaceful. Beautiful neighborhood as well, as a gardener I was admiring the landscaping around the houses nearby that maintains a more natural look, some of them really nail it. If I come down for another class, I doubt I'll even look at other places.

The location of this condo was just perfect, steps away from the beach. There is a beach bar and restaurant within walking distance as well as many other options within a 2 mile range. The condo itself was very clean with fresh towels, Turkish beach towels, a great kitchen, comfy mattress, and an excellent hairdryer. The condo was spacious had a nice outdoor sitting area and a well-kept swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Pet friendly, which my cat appreciates. I will definitely return.

The family condo is bright cozy and inviting. It has a full kitchen with a view of the beach that is unforgettable. It was so relaxing to sit in the balcony and watch the wave. Very clean. Amenities include a pool, barbecue and picnic area. Check in/out process is seamless. Any questions I had they were always helpful plus quick to reply. It is a hidden gem you can rent for a relaxing getaway.

We loved our stay at the Ocean Beach Club. The location was outstanding and the staff was extremely attentive! The unit looked like new and was well taken care of. The furniture was great and didn’t look like “left over” stuff that sometimes lands in rental units. I especially appreciated the fact that not only was the unit exceptionally clean, but it was also well equipped to help me keep it that way during our stay. Many units I’ve rented before are never equipped with brooms and other cleaning supplies. I wouldn’t hesitate to return! We had a great week!

Clean and well equipped, appears recently remodeled. Did not use pool due to continuing remodeling in other units, which other than limiting guest parking was not a noise issue. Great access to beach and other amenities. Single bdrm unit so no wash/dry, but found great laundry mat 1 mile south. Would recommend and would return.

Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it. The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place! We’re already looking for next year!

The room was very clean and very well decorated. Really a beautiful space right on the water. Loved that I was able to walk right onto the beach, and also had the option of a private pool right on the beach as well. My room was on the first floor not facing the beach. There were a few storms and due to being on the first floor, the water from the storm started to flood into my room. There is a drain outside of that room but it didn’t seem to be working. The housekeeper brought some extra towels and was so kind but by the time I saw the water coming in some of my belongings by the doorway had already gotten soaked. There was also work being done in the rooms above(?) mine and it was very loud during the stay. The workers also had to come into my room to check out some things (the host was very communicative about this with me on the day that they were coming in) but that was a little uncomfortable as a young female traveling solo. Overall it was a nice place just a few uncomfortable moments worth noting.

Such a perfect place for the whole family, our dogs were happy and so were we. The unit is equipped with all kitchen items and the washer and dryer in the units were so helpful with traveling with kids! We will definitely be back! Very close to food and the beach is perfect!
