6/10 Good

To be honest overall it was not as good as expected. First putting location on google maps you cannot find it until you’ve help. In our case it was a random local gentleman who helped us. Upon arrival we went to the basement room which wasn’t mentioned and also it smelled mold and unpleasant. The room was real small as well with no air conditioning and only a loud fan. On contact with the owner who was quite a helpful man he gave us another room but it was room with separate beds and almost five people living on that floor and not being quite the whole night. The toilets were clean but after anyone takes shower the water came out and make the whole thing dirty. The kitchen floor was broken. For the rent and money demanded the property was below expectation and not recommended if you’re couple although it was cheap option but as said on the same price range could’ve had comfort and better option. At the end the owner was super helpful picked up call and replied in around 10-15 minute time period.

10/10 Exceptional

Zeer propere kamer, gemeenschappelijke delen werden elke dag gekuist. Wegens aanwezigheid van een grote groep, was er weinig keukenmateriaal. Goede locatie dichtbij Funchal, gratis parkeerplaats voor de deur. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
