First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.

The room was reasonably clean which was great. Decent location and for the price I really can’t complain about anything huge The only slight points I would say are the bed was quite lumpy and I could feel the springs, and the toilet roll is very much budget so if you’re used to Andrex probably pack your own The property itself isn’t fabulously maintained or brand new, but there are 2 kitchens in working order and cooking facilities. It’s a room in a shared house essentially. I slept through the night every time though and the en suite was a decent size. The temperature dropped whilst I was away and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the heating on so some instructions would have been appreciated, but the weather has been fluctuating recently so I’m not too mad about it One parking space was available in front of the property and there is sometimes parking across the street as well, but it is very limited so if you need a parking space that might be an issue. I was fine but only managed to park in front of the property on my last night. The whole road is double yellow lines other than people’s driveways Overall for the price I paid I’m incredibly happy with my stay :)

When i arrived i was sent the code to the key safe to get the keys. When I opened it there was no key in the safe. Having phoned the contact number and cutting a long story short a member of staff had gone off with the keys in his pocket. Also there was no shower gel in the shower. The kitchen is communal and the walls are not thick and I was awaken by the sound of cups being knocked together at approximately 6 am.
