Hotel was very clean, good restaurant on site. The hot water wasn’t “hot” but warm. Staff was helpful and polite.

6/10 Good

This hotel was very clean and staff was amazing. I gave it a 3 star because you have to call for an iron and hair dryer, they are not in room. I also did not like the fact there was no heater, fan or ac in the rooms and I like circulating air to sleep. Breakfast was good you can ask them to make you fresh eggs. Everyone was very nice and this hotel was super clean. I recommend if your okay with the no circulating air.

4/10 Fair

The hotel restaurant is good, the bed is not comfortable at all, hard mattress and sinks in the middle, you’re not provided with a air dryer, tv works poorly and the hot water for the shower changes temperature all the time, I do not recommend it. Staff is good but I didn’t stay there to have a good staff I stayed there expecting a good and comfortable bed.

8/10 Very good

Nice clean place, up dated and mostly quiet considering Ecuador. The hot water in shower fluctuated pressure and temperature which was less than expected. Staff was very attentive, food very good! Thanks

this location was terrible the service was not great and it was lacking customer service, i do not recommend this place at all. They do not make anything clear at check in, they do not tell you about any of the amenities and they are the worst

8/10 Very good
