The hotel is nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened to let in fresh air. Unfortunately, the carpets have an unpleasant smell, which makes the lack of ventilation more noticeable.

Our stay was perfect as was the room we had. Everything was perfect, the beds, the room, the bathroom, everything was so clean and very nice The room had a homey and welcoming feeling. The grounds were immaculate as well. This motel is very well taken care of and there’s a lot of pride in the motel. It shows. We will be back when in the area. 5/5 rating

Room was updated and clean. The stairs to the second floor were steep and narrow and dangerous, I would not recommend the second floor rooms to anyone that has problems with mobility. Pool and Hot Tub were a nice treat. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Would not recommend using the vending machine as we got an item that was expired and stale. Overall, I would stay there again.

Glenwood Inn and Suites has become my favourite stay when I go to Trail. It’s clean, well kept and has the few things that I like when choosing a motel. Pool, hot tub and fridge, microwave inside the room. Plus it’s mere minutes from downtown Trail, where many amenities are. One can never go wrong with choosing Glenwood Inn and Suites.
