Leider war bei Ankunft niemand von der Rezeption vor Ort. Auch unser Schlüssel war nicht in der Schlüsselbox hinterlegt. Eine Reinigungskraft hat versucht uns den Einzug in unser Zimmer zu organisieren. Mit Erfolg, aber leider erst nach mehr als einer Stunde. Das Hotel ist durchaus empfehlenswert, aber die Organisation muss besser werden!

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und roch noch nach dem Vorgänger.Kein Frühstück, und es hatten mehrere Gäste ein Thema mit dem Einchecken. Da niemand vor Ort war. Bei mir gab es trotz Erinnerung 2 Tage kein Toilettenpapier. Habe dann selbst welches gekauft. Ich werde hier nie wieder nächtigen

Mit Abstand das schlimmste Hotel, wir konnten nicht einchecken weil kein Personal vor Ort war und über 4 Stunden nicht zu erreichen war und der Self-Check-IN nicht funktioniert hat Bucht dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall

Self check in was easy, if a little time consuming. The rooms are large and comfortable and quiet. There is a coffee machine in the lounge. We never met any staff - they weren't there in the morning, and no sign of a breakfast option. It was a convenient stopover hotel.

We were never able to check-in into the hotel. It is a self-check-in with a screen outside the hotel that is suppose to give you a code to get the keys to your room. However the screen was not working. We tried to call several times but the phone was ringing at the front desk where no one was.

Für den Preis i.O.!

Es ist nicht das Neuste und sauberste Hotel. Aber es hat tolle Familienappartements wo man gut 1-2 Nächte verbringen kann. Das Frühstück würde ich auslassen. Kaffe kann man einfach nehmen. Brotaufstriche usw. muss man aus einem Automat gegen Bezahlung rauslassen.

Check in hat nicht so geklappt bekamen keinen code vorher somit standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen danke an Expedia die schnell geholfen haben. Eine entschuldigung oder ein guddi wäre nett gewesen.

Völlige Katastrophe, sieht total runtergekommen aus, er erinnert von der Einrichtung her an einem Freudenhaus, Self Check in funktionierte nicht, ich habe bezahlt und konnte kein Zimmer beziehen. Unter der angegebenen Nummer ist niemand erreichbar. Wenn man klingelt, kommt keiner nach über einer halben Stunde bin ich wieder gegangen und habe mich geärgert, dass ich im Vorfeld schon bezahlt hatte. Demzufolge bin ich zu spät und ungeduscht zu der Veranstaltung gegangen und in der Nacht 3 Stunden heimgefahren, da ich ja kein Zimmer beziehen konnte

Room 1 (appartment) - Shower heavily attacked by mold – See the attached picture! - Spots of mold on the carpets - No heat in the 2nd room where the desk was. - Used cup with a used tea-bag on the desk - Garbage bin in the bathroom was full from previous guests - No electrical outled near the desk Reception empty. Called the stated number about 10 times from 21:00 to 16:00 and Hotels.com also tried with no luck (What if I had needed helt with the keybox?) Next day at 17:00 they answered. I told them I wanted another room because of the mold and the missing heat. The lady at the phone immediately replied “No no, that is the design, it is not mold!” (look at the attached picture!). I told her again it was mold and after arguing once more, she agreed to give me another room. This time a 2-bedroom apartment. The first bedroom was very cold and it turned out : - The main light could not be turned on (it just flickered briefly) - The heat did not work. - The window was not able to close (6 degrees outside) - The bathroom had a heavy stink coming from the drain - The toilet seat was cracked - There was only about 10 pieces of toiletpaper left and no extra The 2nd bedroom had heat working but the remote and the TV did not match, so the TV did not work and was hanging crooked. To top it all, I went to the restaurant downstairs to buy water. They sold me a 1 liter bottle for 6 Euro. It turned out the seal had been cut, so I probably just bought some very expensive tap water!

Das Computer check-in hat bei mir und noch weiteren Gästen nicht funktioniert, auch ab die Notfallnummer ging niemand dran. Man fühlt sich völlig aufgeschmissen. Für den Preis erwartet man ein minimum an Service, vor allem wenn das Hotel als 24 std check in deklariert wird. Dass die reception nur vormittags bis 11 uhr arbeitet und man sonst keinen Ansprechpartner hat, verstösst auch gegen die Sicherheit. Ich werde dieses Hotel ganz sicher nie wieder buchen!
