Overall, there was no staff, only the odd security guard. Pool was questionable. A bit weird to get charged a cleaning fee for towels after check-out. Perhaps if the shower didn’t leak, I would not have dirtied them… Overall, the place was fine. Very central. Did the job.

Everything as is pictured. The apartment is located a block away from Quinta Avenida and across from two public beach access, Mamita’s beach and 38 beach. The building is new and modern with a tulum:boho esthetic. The unity was as pictured and had strong and cold a/c and a functional bathroom with no weird smells. Our unit was a studio so it did not have a formal dining area. We did not have a view and our balcony did not have any furniture. Our view was another condo building. Also, the a/c chillers were on that side and that was the noise we heard when opening the balcony door all day and night unfortunately. However, it was tolerable and did not cause any disruption for sleep. It was annoying to not be able to hear the hustle and bustle of the city but we were mostly out when we were there. The building is surrounded by other very nice condominiums and there is an outdoor shop in the same block as the building that includes a grocery store Chaudri and other businesses such as a Mexican Resteraunt (which is very authentic and delicious) a matcha cafe and other businesses. There are also other grocery stores within 4 to 6 blocks like Soriana and Walmart. This apartment was centrally located. Thx building is also across a stadium where there are soccer tournaments and daily exercising. There is a cafe in there and other work outdoor workout equipment. Our stay was for 17 days and we felt safe walking anytime of the day. There is a lot pedestrian traffic in the area.

EL LUGAR ESTA INCREIBLE, DE LUJO, SUOER EQUIPADO Y CON TODO LO NECESARIO PARA PASAR UNAS INCREIBLES VACACIONES, ESTA SUPER SUPER BIEN UBICADO, TIENE TODAS LAS AMENIDADES QJE NECESITAS, DESDE EL MAS MINIMO DETALLE. QUIERO DAR UNA MENCION ESPECIAL A JAZZIEL, QUIEN NOS RECIBIO CON MUCHA CORDIALIDAD Y FUE DE.MUCHA AYUDA!!!

A l’arrivée il n’y avait pas de code pour la clé pour ouvrir la porte ,donc nous avons attendu 45 minutes pour le connaître. La personne au lobby était une garde de sécurité. Elle n’avait pas l’autorité nécessaire pour nous donner le code. Il a fallu utiliser le téléphone cellulaire de la garde de sécurité pour communiquer avec le personnel de Casago. Le membre du personnel de l’hôtel est arrivé et procédé au transfert de l’information. C’est le seul point négatif. Le reste était très bien, la chambre, la piscine etc. Je suggère un accueil plus efficace des clients lors de leur arrivée.
