Fantastic hotel.one gripe was not receptionist - well there was but it was a talking tv running ChatGPT. It works for basic things like check in and out, but if you have an issue it’s useless and tells you to walk to the other bigger hotel.

Check in was a nightmare, no staff on duty EVER just a notice in Spanish which we eventually translated saying if you have a problem walk to another hotel on the other side of the village and they will help you. I should of received an email before arrival which informed me of which room and the entry password but I never received it. We were not alone a German couple there at the same time as us also had the same problem....no email either. Once we eventually got into our rooms they were fine and the location ideal but it was all spoiled by 2 hours of head scratching confusion and unnecessary worry.

Système de réservation et check-in nuls. Pas de personnel pour le faire juste une tablette. Idem pour le paiement sur place les chambres ont été prélevées par l’hôtel et évidemment refusées par la banque pour suspicion de fraude vu que ce sont pour nous deux fois le même montant et un prélèvement venant de l’étranger.

L'hébergement et son environnement était très bien, le village de Biescas est très joli, le très gros soucis que nous avons eu et qui nous a posé de très gros problêmes, c'est la réservation obligatoire via le check online, en effet j'ai eu cette information et obligation que lorsque tous les éléments du dossier ont été validés et payés, si je l'avais su je n'aurai pas réservé cet hôtel ,celà a été très compliqué pour moi, car il a fallu que je récupère les cartes d'identité des 3 autres personnes pour les scanner et elles n'étaient pas forcément près de mon domicile, d'autre part celà a été très compliqué pour valider le dossier avec des demandes complémentaires alors que nous avons reçu un mail nous confirmant sa validation et l'envoi des codes pour les 2 chambres . A l'arrivée, nous n'avions toujours pas reçu les codes malgré nos nombreuses relances , l'assistance virtuelle à l'hôtel La Posada de Ruba ne nous a été d'aucune utilité nous renvoyant à chaque fois à vérifier nos mails,heureusement nous avons été très bien reçu par le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel TIERRA de BIESCA qui s'est occupé de nous avec une très grande gentillesse et nous avons eu nos codes, il semblerait que ce soit Expédia qu n'aurait pas envoyé les informations, heureusement tout s'est bien terminé , mais je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel du fait de cette réservation , j'espère que ces réponses vous seront utiles et que vous saurez les évaluer via un geste commercial de votre part Cordialement
