Great location, spotless rooms, amazing architecture and design, very quiet and comfy. I maybe had bad luck because the elevator was not working 2 out 3 days I was there… also, one day I came back to my room and all they did was to make the bed. Didn’t refill water or coffee. Such an unpleasant realization after a long day out.

We stayed in a junior studio suite. It was a great space. It was a minimalist design, but had everything we needed. The traffic noise was loud at times, but we drowned it out with a sound app. The front staff were present 24hours/day, but knew little English- which, again, was fine for us. Very clean-easy entry.Alejandra was a very kind concierge with good English,other attendants were ok.Roof top balcony very nice but not a great view.Location is good for embassy,Chapultepec area-museums and bus to Centro Histórico.Bed and in room amenities are luxurious.Good security for solo travellers-taxis close by and transit and restaurants a short bus or twenty minute walk.Lots of food stands within the block.Highly recommend. Nice kitchenette and necessary utensils.

I had an excellent stay at Reforma Chapultepec. The location is one of its biggest highlights: close to Chapultepec Park, Paseo de la Reforma, museums, restaurants, cafés, and many of Mexico City’s most important areas. It is very convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The apartment was comfortable, clean, modern, and well equipped, with everything needed for a smooth stay. The building felt safe and well maintained, and the common areas made the experience even better. I also really appreciated the service and communication, which were clear, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, Reforma Chapultepec is a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and reliable stay in Mexico City. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.
