A brand new build (we visited 6/2026) to the main Hotel B&B design. Still surrounded by dilapidated ex-dock buildings, the landscaping is unfinished and there are no signs telling you how to get in (its not the dirt track, but further down!) Its a good 20 minute walk in to town, but despite this parking is still chargable, so suggest you check out the neighbouring roads.

Vi blev positivt överraskade av B&B Hotel Stralsund. Hotellet erbjöd precis det som utlovades och var betydligt fräschare än vi hade förväntat oss. Rummen var rena, funktionella och allt kändes välskött. Själva läget var minst sagt oväntat och lite märkligt, vilket först gav ett blandat intryck. Men när det väl kom till själva vistelsen spelade det mindre roll – hotellet uppfyllde sitt syfte utmärkt och gav mycket valuta för pengarna. Ett bra val för den som söker ett prisvärt, rent och bekvämt hotell för en eller några nätter.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre Das B&B Hotel in Stralsund ist erst seit sechs Monaten in Betrieb und das merkt man im positiven Sinne: Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und durchweg sauber. Auch das Frühstück konnte überzeugen, hier wurde mit regionalen Produkten gearbeitet, was uns positiv aufgefallen ist. Eine Kaffeemaschine steht im Frühstücksraum zur Verfügung, das gehört ja mittlerweile zum Standard. Die Außenanlagen waren bei unserem Aufenthalt witterungsbedingt noch nicht fertiggestellt, die Garten- und Landschaftsarbeiten standen offenbar noch aus. Das hat dem insgesamt sehr guten Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch getan. Gerne wieder!

Die 5 Übernachtungen übertrafen meine Erwartungen in allen Bewertungsbereichen. Das Hotel ist neu, die Zimmer sind geräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist ein weiteres Highlight und im direkten Vergleich überdurchschnittlich. Was bei vielen Hotels bemängelt wird, ist die Diensteistung generell und die Sauberkeit. Hier sind die Leitung und das gesamte Team absolute Profis und deshalb fühlte ich mich auch rundum wohl und "zuhause". Alle Abläufe sind perfekt auf den Gast ausgerichtet und werden optimal umgesetzt.

Ich bin Retner und übernachte in der Regel mindestens 5 bis 7 Tage im gleichen Hotel. Deshalb lege ich sehr grossen Wert auf persönliche Betreuung, wertvolle und nützliche Informationen und einen hohen Wohlfühlfaktor. Das Hotel ist erst seit wenigen Monaten in Betrieb und bereits jetzt läuft alles rund. Meine Erwartung wurde in allen Punkten erfüllt und teilweise sogar übertroffen. Die Leitung und das ganze Team sind ein Paradebeispiel für echte und überzeugte Dienstleister und Gastgeber. Deshalb die Maximalnote.

Toll gelegen, direkt neben Rügenbrücke und in Nähe vom Stadtzentrum, sehr neues Hotel macht einen Top-Eindruck, sauberes und schönes Zimmer, W-Lan funktioniert gut, Parken vorm Hotel pro Tag 10 € sind ok! Getränkeautomat kommt noch! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt, sehr empfehlenswert und gerne wieder!
