This hotel is almost brand new, well equipped, spotless, with polite staff. Our room was really nice, large, modern, with A/C and fridge. We appreciated the possibility to open the window - it's not always common in some hotels. Breakfast was excellent - large variety of foods, hot + cold dishes, local cheeses, Churchella, fresh fruits, Ayran,... Cleaning ladies provided us with water and tea every day. Very good location near the city centre and public transport. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Firstly, the mattress was a bit too soft for us and the bed was quite narrow even though both of us are slim. Secondly, the biggest problem in this hotel is definitely the soundproofing as other reviews mentioned. Our room was located directly above a restaurant which was busy untill midnight. Luckily, the window was quite soundproof and we could only hear a little noise. However, the ceiling, walls and door aren't soundproof at all: we could literally hear every step and every crack of the bed from neighbors above us. It was really annoying when we were trying to fall asleep. It would have been an amazing stay, if it hadn't been for terrible soundproofing.
