Check in staff was rude. Showed me a piece of paper in English (was instructions to check out) and asked me to “check it”. He wouldn’t allow me to read it on the spot and asked me to move away from the counter. It wasn’t even busy at the time. There’s mold in the air vents at the reception. I hope they clean it cause it can be dangerous to anyone’s health who is exposed to it

客室の壁が薄いので、隣りの部屋の宴会の声がまる聞こえでうるさく、フロントから注意してもらったが、宴会はずっと続いてました。 部屋からの眺めはいい。 満月に近い夜で、海に映る月がキレイでした。 ナイトフロントのポチャポチャした男性が、とても親切にしてくれました。

Soggiorno stupendo sul mare di Atami

Hotel in posizione bellissima sul mare di Atami, vicino alla stazione, a cui è collegato con una navetta gratuita. Atami è una località turistica molto famosa in Giappone per le sue terme onsen e per la costa bellissima della penisola Izu. L’hotel è tipico giapponese, con tarami e letti e ha una insensata interna gratuita con sorgenti termali, che consiglio di provare tutte le sere (e’ aperta fino a mezzanotte). Inoltre Atami è collegata bene con le località turistiche del monte Fuji, che distano circa 30 km. Vicino all’hotel c’è anche una spiaggia molto bella. Da non perdere anche una visita al promontorio del castello, da dove si gode di una vista spettacolare su tutta la costa.

チェックイン時の受付の女性の方のマニュアル的な説明が嫌な気持ちになりました。 早口で説明されても頭の中に入ってこないため聞き直すと、｢……先程も言った通りで、〜｣と冷たく言われ、これから宿泊するのに嫌な気持ちになりました。そちらは何度も同じ説明をしていると思いますが、こちらは初めて聞くことなので、寄り添って欲しかったです。 そして、その人に２回とも朝食の場所は同じと言われた（紙にもチェック）のに、２回目の朝食の場所は違うところでしたのでさらにその人が嫌いになりました。誰にでも間違いはありますが、冷たい態度されたうえで間違えられたので許せません。 その方以外のスタッフはとても優しく、部屋も大浴場もブュッフェも満足度が高く良かったので、本当に最初の受付の人だけが残念でした。

這間酒店前身似乎是其他宿舍建築物改裝而成。 泊車方面：酒店大堂位於地下，但汽車不能直達，由停車場推行李至大堂很不方便。酒店門口是馬路，禁止行人通過，出入酒店要經天台的路口，而這路口是開放的，看不到有任何保安人員註守，亦即是任何人都可以自由出入，可以直接去到客人房間的門口，很沒有安全感。泊車方面，比較近的免費酒店泊車位要提早預約(到達酒店前台才被告知)，且很少量。第一晚23:00 check-in時，一位夜班前台的男職員說已經沒有免費車位了，着我泊去離酒店有半公里遠的收費停車場，一日的泊車費是¥1,760. 我據理力爭，說我選擇這間酒店的其中一個原因就是因為Hotels.com的官網說酒店會提供免費自助泊車。擾攘一會，他才提議我自行泊去他們酒店的第一註車場(原來是有的，為什麼不早說?)，不過是設在一個50米高的小山崗上，泊完車後要摸黑徒步500米落山返回酒店。雖然我不滿意這安排，但也只能妥協接受。我是連續住三天，所以我當時提出預訂第二、三日的泊車位，但酒店方面推說預訂的車位已經滿額。 酒店設施：房間隔音比較差，經常聽到門口走廊的人聲；升降機運作聲；前後兩邊馬路的汽車聲。 溫泉一般，只有兩個熱水池，都在室內，沒有冷水池、沒有蒸氣房。有大玻璃窗，可以看到駿河灣。 自助早餐食物一般。 房間內的浴室很狹窄。
