Best location in Leamington.

We enjoyed staying there because of its proximity to the beach and ferry service. Our room/suite was very large and comfortable. Improvements could be better bathroom amenities and a universal remote that has been properly programmed to the tv.

Checkin and out was extremely easy. The room was clean but there was a weird stickiness on the floor. Our room ended up being directly above the restaurant which had very loud music playing pretty late.

We had to walk up three floors. The hotel had old fashion style. I liked the coffee station. Room was specious, but I would have liked real glasses not plastic.

Staying here was great. Staff were amazing and warm. The hotel is right next to the water with a really nice boardwalk and beach. Also a short walk to fruit markets/stalls, restaurants, grocery shopping and gas station.
