Reservei no hotel o quarto pelo hotel. Com e as foto não bate com a realidade do hotel me deram um quarto onde não podia abrir a janela e do outro maquinas de lavar onde o barulho era infernal fora o ventilador que fazia muito barulho e eu reservei um quarto com ar condicionado e me jogaram num quarto la no fundo do hotel acabou com minhas ferias a dica é fique de olho pois o que reserva pra não passar pelo que passei os 2 dias nesse hotel não aguentei sai antes do previsto nem a limpesa do quarto fizeram desumano pra quem ia curti as férias

Infelizmente o quarto vendido como o melhor não estava de acordo com as fotos(e ao reclamar foi dito que ja era o melhor quarto), banheiro sem caída de água e com janela voltado para um dos ambientes sociais do hotel(1° andar), lençóis e toalha manchados e sem troca disponível de prontidão, a TV smart não estava funcionando plenamente. Ponto positivo foi o café da manhã que estava bom, mas infelizmente não recomendaria pelo valor pago pelo "melhor quarto "

A hospedagem ficou abaixo das expectativas. O quarto disponibilizado era diferente do apresentado nas fotos e ficava voltado para a rua, com muito barulho durante o dia e também à noite, o que prejudicou bastante o descanso. A limpeza era apenas razoável. Além disso, houve falta de água em um dos dias da estadia, causando transtornos. O ponto positivo foi o café da manhã, que era variado e de boa qualidade, sendo o melhor aspecto da hospedagem.
