"The transportation staff were quite helpful and amazing!!
The breakfast crew were Awesome and Amazing! We had a Blast at our Cooking Class!! Sign up for the cooking class at Dewai 24 hours in advance and have a wonderful Thai Experience!!
We (Fam of Four) stayed an entire week and decided to upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite and it was sooo worth it!! Check it out….
The staff are most deserving of every generous gesture of kindness that you are able to give them through tipping!!! "

"Our bungalow family suite with bunk beds was perfect for our family of 4 (10 year old twins). We stayed 10 nights. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our daily cleaner (Kwang) was excellent! We loved the close access to the pool (room 202) with a short walk to the lobby and right across the street to the beach."

"We had a fantastic stay at the resort nicely laid out with excellent staff and service. Breakfast could have been better with more choice of food. Restaurants were excellent with great food, bar at the side of reception had great choice of drinks. Regarding the room the bathroom was tired with missing grout between the tiles and mastic sealant could be renewed. Lighting could have been better. Main room itself was comfortable, a lot of loose floor tiles could do with resetting and regrouting some marks on the walls. Great service for booking tours and taxis/ transport. Great service with the golf carts taking you back and forth to rooms and reception. Some of the accommodation blocks looked tired with lots of cracks on the structures either superficial or structural and they could do with repairs being undertaken. The balcony woodwork could do with either renewal or further maintenance I understand the weather may play a part in this but worth mentioning. We had a fantastic time at the resort and would highly recommend. Many thanks for a lovely stay."
