The property has much need for upgrades and improvement. The room was clean. The screens on the windows were dirty. There was no air conditioning. The screen in one of the windows needs replaced. The staff was very attentive to requests for more linens, toilet paper, and a fan. We would not stay there ever again.

The place smelled terribly of black paint. Widows didn’t open. No airing circulation. No expert blankets for cool nights. Had a fan that didn’t work properly. TV very limited stations. No coffee. Outlets needed to be upgraded. The location was off the main in the room highway which was goof. Will not recommend and will definitely not book again unless they do major improvements.

There are lots of good reviews for this place so perhaps I just got a very bad room. The staff are courteous, the price is cheap and the beds are reasonably comfortable. The bedding was threadbare but seemed clean enough and there was a kitchen, but it had no useable implements. I was in room 209 which had a carpeted floor and I have to wonder if that carpet had ever been cleaned...like ever. I have very mild asthma which hardly ever bothers me but I could barely breathe in there. There were two windows but one was broken so there was limited air circulation. The worst motel experience I have had in a very long time.

The Villa Bianca Motel in Schreiber Ontario is in desperate need of both updates and repairs. Workers were working on updates and sorely needed repairs on a lot of rooms. The double beds were well used and our room and our bathroom appeared to have some updates but the curtain rod had so much rust all over that it made the peeling and chipped drywall look good. The onsite checkin, restaurant and Robin’s donut store appeared to be operating in same building. We decided to go down the street to a more modern Rosie & Josie’s restaurant located next to another more modern motel for our dinner.

The young couple the run the inn are very pleasant. We stayed in room 105. It was dated but very clean. The beds were okay. The shower had the best hot water and pressure if anything we stayed at on this journey. On site Pizza Hut Express, Robins donuts with soup and chili as well. We would stay there again.
