Hôtel in great location for shopping. Room ok but air-conditioning not working properly. Some refurbishlent work in the hôtel, noisy and dusty. Desk team : Average attitude Breakfast staff: Great Car park : Slow service and once even rude. Paid in full on arrival then had to pay fee on leaving, why? I dont know. Could be the perfect place to stay but need some efforts.

Hotel muito bem localizado (ao lado do Shopping Batel - o shoppings de luxo de Curitiba), com muitos restaruantes na região (otimo restaurante italiano em frente ao Hotel), ruas limpas e tudo organizado na região. Otima padaria e confeiraria a 100 metro do Hotel. Enfim, uma das melhores localizações que me hospedei. Staff eficiente e atencioso. Café da manhã bom. Quarto grande e cama confortavel. O Hotel encontra-se em fase de reforma, e fiquei num quarto já reformado. Recomendo muito esse Hotel.

Minha hospedagem no Hotel Transamérica, na Avenida Batel, em Curitiba, foi excelente. O quarto era amplo, muito limpo, confortável e com um padrão de luxo que superou minhas expectativas. Tudo estava impecavelmente organizado e muito bem cuidado. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente educados, atenciosos e prestativos, fazendo com que eu me sentisse muito bem acolhido durante toda a estadia. A localização é outro ponto forte do hotel, situada em uma das melhores regiões de Curitiba. O café da manhã também merece elogios. Recomendo o hotel sem nenhuma ressalva e certamente me hospedarei novamente em uma próxima visita a Curitiba.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência. O check-in foi rápido, e o atendimento foi cordial e eficiente. O quarto é bem espaçoso, estava muito limpo e o chuveiro é excelente, oferecendo bastante conforto. O café da manhã também estava muito bom, com boa variedade e tudo bem servido. Como sugestão de melhoria, apenas um detalhe de manutenção: a pintura da parede próxima à janela estava descascando. Não atrapalhou em nada a nossa estadia, mas é um ajuste simples que certamente melhora a percepção geral e deixa o ambiente ainda mais agradável. No geral, foi uma boa hospedagem, com excelente custo-benefício, e voltaria a me hospedar.
