The pool was closed due to bad weather. And the restaurant open at 7 in the evening. Not very pleasent with small children. A bit run Down, but the staff was very nice and helped a lot. You Can charge your car at the hotel

The room was beautifully decorated for our anniversary free of charge, the bathrooms in the rooms are spacious and clean they have toothbrushes and toothpaste too. Staff very friendly and helpful whenever we needed to book a taxi or help with anything. I would say, make sure that you are aware the area is not somewhere that you can directly walk out of. Most places you will need a taxi or transport to. Saronno station is about 5 minutes away but you can't walk it so we had to taxi each time we needed to go to the station which cost around £10-£12. Thats the only thing that let the place down I would say, other than that its a really lovely place to stay, super quiet and relaxing.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the highway. Easily reachable yet relatively quiet. The breakfast is excellent and the breakfast room has nice ambience. The room we stayed in had a very good bed. It seems to have had a makeover that was done in a cheap way. Painted tiles in the bathroom and a very small shower that was not drawing very well. At check-in they wanted to keep our passports overnight as their printer was out. Both are big NoNo’s from an identity theft protection point of view. So we waited for the registration which was done swiftly so no clue why they did not immediately opt to do so.

Nettes Personal, aber Unterbringung und Zustand enttäuschend ​Unser Aufenthalt war leider eine Enttäuschung. Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Hotels entsprach keineswegs den gezeigten Bildern. Zudem lag ein beißender, chemischer Geruch im Raum – mutmaßlich, um früheren Zigarettenrauch zu kaschieren. Ein Zimmerwechsel verlief dank des sehr netten Personals zwar reibungslos, der unangenehme Geruch war jedoch auch im Ausweichzimmer spürbar. ​Allgemein ist die Einrichtung stark verlebt. Die Online-Präsentation erweckt leider einen viel besseren Eindruck, als es die Realität vor Ort hält. Positiv ist das nette Personal.

Rigtig fint hotel. Skøn pool som indbyder til afslapning. Stedet er perfekt til voksende, jeg vil ikke anbefale det til børn og familier da der lægges op til man forholder sig i ro på stedet. Det var dejligt for os for der var der vi kom for. Rent og pænt, og sengen var god. Enkel og fin morgenmad. Jeg anbefaler man bruger dette hotel hvis man har bil, da det ikke er til at komme til og fra hotellet med offentlig transport og Taxa er meget dyrt.

Super godt hotel med meget venligt personale både i receptionen og i restauranten. Vi havde et fantastisk ophold over et par dage. Men flere besøg i pool området der er virkelig høj kvalitet både hvad angår renlighed og områdets faciliteter. Alle værelser har egen parkeringsplads og værelserne kan måle sig med de bedste hotel kæder.

Renoviertes italienisches Motel in guter Lage, wenn man alles mit dem Auto erledigen will. Für einen Kurztrip wirklich anfrnehm und nur nettes Personal getroffen. Schade, dass das Restaurant im Keller ist, wäre es im Erdgeschoss mit Gartenzugang wäre es optimal. Das Frühstück war italienisch und gut bestückt, frisches typisches italienisches knuspriges Brot wäre noch das Sahnehäubchen gewesen. Personal auch hier sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass immer wieder nachgelegt wurde. Insgesamt wirklich hervorragende Leistung und ein Grund wiederzukommen.

Hallo Check-in, Abendessen sowie Frühstück hervorragend. Ebenso die Lage. Beim Check-out war der Angestellte nicht gerade freundlich. Wir im Zi. 23 hatten ihm mitgeteilt, dass, als wir geduscht haben, das Bad "unter Wasser" stand. Wohlgemerkt, wir haben dies beim Check-out mitgeteilt, quasi, dass man das Duschglas entspr. abdichten kann sollte bevor das Zi. abermals vergeben wird. Ebenso funktionierte die Lichtbirne im Bad beim Spiegel nicht. Dies waren keine Reklamationen, sondern Bemerkungen, dass dies instand gestellt wird. Unseres Erachtens war er nicht gerade erfreut darüber. Alles in allem ist das Motel weiter zu empfehlen -wäre wünschenswert wenn der Angestellte bei der Reception etwas freundlicher zu den Gästen wäre.

Toller Aufenthalt für eine Weiterreise

Es ist ein tolles Motel vor den Toren Saronnos. Gute Zimmergrösse, parken direkt vor dem Motelzimmer. Hunde sind willkommen und werden herzlich empfangen. Das Gelände ist gesichert. Sehr schöner Pool. Das Frühstück ist inklusive und für italienische Verhältnisse echt reichlich. Wir haben abends auch dort gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Zu Fuß in die City ist unmöglich, man benötigt das Auto.
