On our arrival the woman who checked us in was missable and rude our room was ok but the bathroom was extremely small the toilet was touching the bath wasn’t comfortable to use and it was dirty there was rubbish on the stairs and corridors on our arrival and was still there when we checked out we ordered lunch and out empty plates was left on our table for over a hour same again when we checked out there was no thanks for staying with us or was everything ok the bar staff and the waiters in the restaurant was very nice and worked hard I will not stay here again

Nice hotel good food friendly staff special mention for Floyd in the resteraunt lovely guy nothing was to much trouble always greeted with a smile and a friendly word. Only one small complaint was with the room we could not open the window it was stuck shut we asked at reception if something could be done to open the window nothing was done just for the record it was room 225 date of stay 16th till 20th march weather was good would have been nice to open the window as the room was stuffy
