Nice long weekend,comfortable warm clean, nice food great staff & excellent facilities. Have lots going on don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this hotel. I had a great time. Will be returning.

Clean room. Breakfast is fantastic lots of choice from full English to healthy options like oats and yogurt and fruit. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are clean and are open at great times. Staff were so helpful and polite. My only downfall this time on my stay was the mattress was far to soft felt like I could of fallen out of bed a few times and only had plug sockets on 1 side of the room so couldn't have my phone next to the bed. But apart from that was a great stay and would definitely recommend. I would stay again for sure.

This is a lovely hotel .Bit miffed because could not have a glass of my favourite wine said l have to buy the bottle .NO. and to long between acts in the evening got bored went to bed. Lovely food .plenty choice.

Staff were really nice and friendly. Food was really good. It was nice that we had the option to use the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi (which were excellent)

The breakfast menu was very good overall hot and very fresh , the rooms were excellent very clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful, my partner took advantage of the swimming pool and hot tub he was very pleased with both of these facilities ,

Tiny room on 3rd floor not good as I have heartfailure which I did explain plus paid for my carer which apparently should have been free and I did show my proof of and window didn't close properly

Evening meal and breakfast were excellent with great choices. Breakfast would have been nicer if there was some black pudding to go with the other fab offerings. Wonderful location as there is a tram stop opposite the hotel and a small amount of on sight parking. All staff are very helpful

Good location and that’s about it… This hotel has seen better days. Everything needs an update. Was shocked to see on the last day while I was leaving that the new sheets for each room were left on the floor on the old carpet in front of each room for housekeeping to change.

Arrived checked in went outside and twisted my ankle on the carpark were it dips no warning sign there . Will not go here again also the food was awful

Lovely hotel, great location. Limited free parking, we had to pay for parking on a near by car park. The door to the hotel was broken at the entrance, and the revolving door was also broken. Check in was simple, but lacked information, had to ask several questions. Rooms didn't have any information in either. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. Heidi was our waitress and such a character for both evening meal and breakfast. She made light conversation and joked with me about my love of the ham, that had been on the buffet. We didn't have the main meal as we had plenty of choice from the delicious starters and desserts. The pool was clean and a lovely addition to the hotel facilities. Lift was great for the higher floors, after a day walking. The night staff on the front desk went above and beyond, I didn't catch his name but I asked if I was safe stepping outside late at night. I would of like a few additional tea bags in the room upon arrival, but I enquired at the front desk and was offered more. I will be coming back to this hotel, value for money was great.
