6/10 Good

The rooms were clean, Pool was good, lots of beds, The lifts were a nightmare, took ages , then stopped on every floor! Food was hit and miss, sometimes couldn’t put a meal together. Eg Thursday roast beef , Yorkshire pud, mash but no veg! Was a little concerned that no security on the front doors at night and some nights at 2am the doors not even locked, so anybody could walk in. All other hotels ive stayed at in beni have been locked . Also ne key card on the lift so anybody can be walking around.

I would highly recommend this hotel, as soon as we arrived I knew I made the right choice. The premises looked and smelled clean, staff are attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and the food that they have on offer is delicious. Honestly never had any issues. This was my first time in Benidorm and shall be returning to this hotel. 😊

We’ve found the Ambassador to have the best food options out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Benidorm. Plenty of choice especially at breakfast.

Loverly hotel.

Loverly hotel situated perfectly. Staff are amazing and polite except the (I think restaurant manager) who was incredibly rude and abrupt.
