Stayed for 4 days and it was a good experience.
There are good points and areas for improvement.
First, the staff were all hard workers and I appreciated their smiles and greetings.
The waiter, Geneluv, was very hospitable, when we asked for room service.
For a 5-star hotel, the bathtub hot water would be filled and then turned into a cold shower.
Do they limit the amount of hot water used per room?
At check-in, we were strongly asked not to bring in outside food.
On the other hand, I saw people eating cup noodles by the pool.
Depending on the room you are assigned, you may have to turn around to go anywhere, which is inconvenient.
