The room was clean and nice. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast had great variety. Breakfast was available until the end. The breakfast salon could have been cleaner and tidier. The hotel personnel were nice and helpful. It was a very good experience.

The hotel have clean, well-maintained, and comfortable rooms. The staff are very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The Breakfast offers fresh, delicious and a wide variety of products. Apart from the fact that the lights inside the closet couldn't be turned off and the towels were very thin, there were no problems. The rooms are soundproofed, offering a comfortable stay.

Highly recommend

We enjoyed our one night stay in the hotel. the breakfast is good. the people are friendly, and the hotel is very close to ozdalic market 👌 for people who cannot sleep without air condition, the weather is really cold in January, so opening the window will work.

Staff very helpful. Hotel very clean. Booked suite. Advised of 4 beds required. Request was not met. Pillows and doonas weren’t enough. Overall, I would stay again, however price doesn’t meet the quality.

Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again.

Having frequented the Hilton Hotel in Bursa multiple times, it never ceases to impress. One of the standout features has always been the genuine warmth of the staff. Halime Gider and Murat Ergül, in particular, have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Their dedication and professionalism truly reflect the high standards of the Hilton brand. The facilities are always impeccable, and the hospitality is unparalleled. Every visit feels like coming home. I can't recommend Hilton Hotel Bursa enough for both business and leisure travelers.
