Front desk staff was universally good. Very helpful and personable. Cleaning however was not great - asked for extra towels and never got them, they did not leave us bath mat one night, room was ok but not particularly well cleaned. Faucet in bathroom was loose, design of shelf over bathroom sink was very awkward, there was no way to be in touch with front desk unless you went down. Chat function did not ever get message to staff, room was very crowded.

The receptionist, Aro, was amazing - friendly, cordial and helpful. Unfortunately the room didn’t live up to expectations especially the toilet. The shower was leaking, water was flowing everywhere and the room wasn’t up to mark from a hygiene perspective. I told the staff and sent my complaint to their WhatsApp number, but no response. I wanted to be moved to another room (despite it being inconvenient) or receive monetary compensation.

The good first. The staff was lovely. The bad - for being the most expensive hotel of our trip around the Netherlands, it left the most to be desired. The hall and room were filled with small flying bugs. I had to try brushing them off the door before opening them to try to minimize the number getting in the room. The lighting was terrible in the room and in the breakfast area and there weren’t enough outlets. The beds were in poor condition and one was so bad that when my husband sat on it he almost fell on the floor because it folded in half. The room was tiny and we had almost no room for our bags for a triple room. The worst was the lack of soundproofing. It’s not the hotels fault that a family had their children running wild in the hallway but we could hear it all. It was a very unpleasant stay.

The room was insanely tiny. I am used to small rooms while in Europe, but this was nothing like the foto! There was absolutely no space for two normal suitcases in the room, so unpacking and packing required putting our suitcases on the bed. A desk was against the wall at the foot of the bed, and fortunately we are trim-sized humans or you wouldn't fit between that desk and the end of the bed. The room was not well cleaned (lots of dust and dirt on the floor that accumulated on my feet after a shower). The bed was super soft, which, for us, was not comfortable. Also, the large doors in the room (only windows) did not close entirely at the top, so the room was noisy at night. THe curtains did not fully close, so no actual blackout was possible. This room should never have had a double bed in it, it is a single sized room. We constantly ran into each other trying to move around. It's a great location, a part of town I have stayed in multiple times at an adorable BnB which didn't have openings this time. I do not recc staying here.

Rummet städades varje dag och personalen var väldigt trevlig, men badrummet blev väldigt fuktigt vid dusch och suspekt mögel längs med listerna. Hotellet er udmærket, men rengøringen virkelig mangelfuld. Beskidte glas på værelset, manglende sæbe på badeværelset og meget sporadisk daglig rengøring. Receptionister meget venlige og hjælper straks. Morgenmaden var ikke fantasisk. Trist pålæg og meget få grøntsager. Meget travlt og overfyldt morgenmads-restaurant. Placeringen er fin og i gå-afstand til shopping, kanalrundfart og museer, samt gode restauranter tæt på hotellet. Personalet meget venlig og imødekommende. Mvh Line

God beliggenhed, men det er også det eneste positive jeg har at skrive om hotellet. Hotellet hedder forskellige ting, hvilket virker meget mærkeligt. Dårlig indretning og ekstremt lydt. Vær derfor forberedt på at vågne både sent og tidligt. Skrappe rengøringsmidler, så der stinker når man får værelset og ikke særlig meget kontakt med personalet. Blød seng og toilettet kunne lige så godt være inde i rummet så lydt der er.
