A/C not in use while I was there; room was clean but a bit on the small side; everything was working fine, though. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Conveniently located a few blocks from train station. I missed last train due to earlier delay and booked last minute 1 night stay. Clean and tidy, though stairway up to rooms would not be ideal for elderly or handicapped.

Highly Recommended Hotel in Narbonne – Will's Hotel If you are planning a trip to Narbonne, I highly recommend staying at Will's Hotel! The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it very convenient for travelers arriving by train. It is a family-run hotel, and what impressed me most was the warm hospitality and genuine care shown by the owners. 1. Spacious and clean rooms The interior has been renovated, so the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Unlike some older family-run hotels, this hotel feels fresh and well maintained. 2. Exceptionally kind and helpful owners The owners were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They even helped us carry our luggage up and down, which we really appreciated. 3. A lovely breakfast prepared with care The lady of the house takes great care in preparing warm bread for breakfast. You can truly feel the love and attention she puts into making her guests feel welcome. 4. Excellent location The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the train station, which is especially convenient for those traveling by train with luggage. Having traveled to many places in Europe, I have stayed at quite a few family-run hotels, but this one really stood out for its cleanliness, hospitality, and personal touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend Will's Hotel to anyone visiting Narbonne. It is a wonderful place to stay!

Highly recommend

Absolutely loved our stay. Large room, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Great breakfast choices. Lovely hosts. Short walk to the train station and centre of town but lovely and quiet.

The hotel is within spitting distance of the train station, around the corner from a small Roman ruins site and walkable to the town's main sites. In other words, perfect location when traveling by train. Super clean room and great a/c. Not a fancy hotel, but perfect for the price and location.

It's an old building, with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. The room is clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located a block from the train station and close to the historic centre of Narbonne.

Comfortable Stay

The hotel is a two minute walk to the train station, and only a short walk to the old churches and shops. Large and comfortable beds. Large bathroom.

This is the second time we've stayed here. The hotel is small and cozy. They dont have staff, rather, you have friends. You couldnt ask for a more relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent location close in a quiet neighbourhood very near the station. Very good value with warm, welcoming and helpful staff. The only problem for some may be that there is no lift but the staff offered to help carry my large suitcase up the stairs for me which fortunately was unnecessary in my case. Next time I'm in Narbonne I will certainly stay here.

Very clean and charming hotel. The staff were extremely kind and pleasant and carried my suitcase up to the room. It is a one block walk from the train station, so it could not have been easier for us. Everything was clean, which is the most important thing for me. We stayed only one night and had breakfast, as we were on the way somewhere else, but I would definitely recommend Will's to someon passing through Narbonne.
