Quarto com cheiro muito forte de mofo, café da manhã não é grandes coisas, hotel em sim com péssima conservação, ar condicionado passa a impressão que nao tem manutencao. Tudo muito mal conservado. A unica coisa que salva é a equipe da recepção que faz de tudo pra ajudar e tentar driblar a situação. Mas é perceptível que a gerência/diretoria do hotel nao faz por onde em melhorar o local.

Então, a Rede de hotel Andrade , tem por costume ser um hotel com custo benefício bom. Porém não se atenta aos cuidados das dependência e quartos. Sempre dizendo que está em reformas , só que nunca acaba. Os trabalhadores excelentes em Atendimentos , o café da manhã bom. Agora o quarto que ficamos 104, guarda-roupa quebrado. O frigobar muito velho, a tv mal direcionada. As torneiras pingando. E a parte de fora cheios de entulhos. Muita poeira!!! Já fui nos dois Bello Maré e o Bello maré confort. Todos os dois. Não acho que e 3 estrelas. Não vou mais!! Muita suada de madrugada e ninguém diz nada. Piscina tudo liberado. A zoada e infernal.
