Good location, close proximity to everything but also away from all the tourist areas. Located uphill so keep that in mind. There was a slight smell at times but nothing off putting.

The apartment has zero working heating in winter. Outdoor temperature 4 °C, inside barely warmer. Their own technician came and openly said: “The system is broken – it only works in cooling mode for summer.” We slept in sweaters, socks and coats two nights. Bathroom had a strong, persistent gas smell that could not be aired out because windows would make it freezing. Reported immediately, nothing was fixed. Property is knowingly renting an uninhabitable unit in winter.

Tive uma experiência terrível em meio a esse verão escaldante, o ar condicionado do local parou de funcionar. Tentei entrar em contato com o proprietário e o mesmo não me deu assistência e após eu continuar insistindo, exigindo pelo menos um ventilador (que não tinha no local) o mesmo não me respondia e não atendia as minhas ligações. Foram 3 noites insuportáveis de calor, com muita dificuldade em dormir! O defeito entendemos, mas a falta de respeito em não dar respaldo, não tem explicações
