We arrived early and had made a mistake on the booking. The admin was amazing in accommodating us. We were able to check in easily with the doorman who was extremely helpful throughout the stay. All rooms were clean and free of any issues. They were even kind enough to leave complimentary coffee and candy. The area felt safe and the card access added to the security. All within 1 block from shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for families

6/10 Good

The location was great for our purpose. We were a five minute walk from the Zocalo and got to see the celebration so that was perfect because coming back we only had to deal with the crowds for a little. The communication was great up until the day of. Many reviews stated that previous guests were able to check in early and if not they would be able to leave their luggage until check in time. I wasn’t getting my hopes up about checking in early, but I did want to leave my luggage so I could explore. Their directions say to call at any time to let inform their staff that we are coming. I called the three numbers they provided and no answer. I sent a message through their online portal and again, no answer. I arrived at 8 am and someone did not get there until 9 am. Again, I wasn’t expecting a room to be ready, but my family and I had to wait around with our luggage. When we finally got inside the room was nice, but the toilet did not flush very well. Overall, it was nice that we were just minutes away from the Zocalo. I’m sure if I was there for more than one night they probably would have made up for their issues. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that since I it was a holiday they were under chaotic circumstances.

Apartment was fine, location was good. Only problem is my group was forced to wait an hour and 30 minutes past the original check in time which completely ruined our Friday plans. We were also given the wrong the room at first which caused another delay having to wait for the right room. Was really dissatisfied

Place was nice, better than we expected. Very nice apartment, equipped with everything you would need. Easy check in. 2 bedroom unit fit 5 people perfectly. My only complaint was that we were on the 6th floor and the elevator was not working properly, we got our daily workout. Great location.
