Upon arrival the front desk girl tried to have us pay a second time, although we already paid through Hotels.com. I refused and showed her my bank account and receipt, so she had to call her manager. They put us through as having paid with cash just to get us our room and we had to deal with another receptionist the next morning. Our room had no toilet paper on the roll, had only two towels to use, the refrigerator did not work, and there was no hot water. When we went to the pool area, there were no towels available. The buffet breakfast had minimal to offer, as the guy in charge of the food was more busy outside smoking dope than keeping the food stocked. There was no coffee at all available and the pancake machine was out of service.
