O hotel é antigo e bem localizado mas o que me incomodou muito foi o fato da confusão que fizeram após solicitarmos manta para e não devolvermos na recepção mesmo sem nos avisar desta obrigação. Nos fizeram subir de volta ao apartamento para ter de devolver. Foram bem grossos e arrogantes.
