A really nice option if you don't want to stay in the Emerald Grand. Harbor Suites is in the same complex and affiliated with EG, so their amenities are available. Book a room with Harbor view. You won't regret it

Our stay was for a wedding on the property and the location was gorgeous and the food was very good! Staff was friendly, pool area a hit with families and many options for food within walking distance from the resort. But the restaurant there on the premises had a chef and the food there was delicious and reasonably priced. Only complaint is the elevators did not have air conditioning, and it was in the 90’s when we were there.

We were there for five days and never got our room cleaned. Maid service was on our section onetime and didn’t even do our room. We called and asked for toilet paper and never got any so we had to go buy some. Location is the best thing about the hotel. It was perfect in that part.

I loved the fact that check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. Parking was a little confusing, but we found our way. It was so worth getting lost because when we got to our room, it was amazing, clean, and the room temp was just like I wanted it to be. not to mention the bar and grill on site was amazing and I wished I would have gotten our servers name because she made the night. I am definitely going back in a month or so. Thanks for everything.

Very nice location and multiple options to do adjacent to the resort on the Harbor walk We found it difficult to navigate throughout the Emerald Grande as signage/elevators were not well defined. Many of the staff couldn’t help us either. After day 3 we became more familiar. There was a map but it’s not well designed. That’s my recommendation to improve signage and teach staff how to help guests navigate the resort
