What a beautiful renovation and serene environment. These are basic rooms and not luxurious. No A/C, but the rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. The property has a lovely central square that the hotel rooms surround, that is peaceful and charming. Gorgeous biblical art and grand arches can be seen throughout the common spaces, and act as a reminder that this building was originally a convent from the mid 1600s. The breakfast was adequate and overall makes your stay feel very welcoming. I highly recommend a stay here when in Miranda de Ebro.

Beautiful converted convent recently refurbished to a high standard. Simple rooms with high quality bedding and towels.. Bottled water was provided as well as toiletries. Breakfast was good value and the lounges comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated The staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a few minutes from the town with bars and restaurants and a few metres from the botanic garden and castle viewpoint .

Very clean Polite staff, good English. Asked me to move my motorcycle right to the front of reception, very happy with that. Breakfast was good. 10 minutes walk to centre. Recommended for anyone with a motorcycle. TV had Netflix, YouTube, prime etc. Wifi was a bit slow at times, but I was watching YouTube while using my ipad. I'd stay against.

Nice characterful hotel that is well maintained. Deluxe bedroom was large and had comfortable bed and large bathroom. Our room could have done with blackout curtains as the lights that lit up the building shone through into the room all night. The hairdryer kept cutting out after using it after just 2 minutes and could not use it again until it cooled down, so went out with wet hair. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of continental items. Staff was attentive with making sure no items ran out. We were in room 101 which was accessed within the stair and lift lobby. The noise from guests late at night talking outside our room in the lobby and the noise of the lift spoilt what would have been a pleasant stay.

This is an honest review, highlighting both good and bad. The 'Hotel' is an impressive building but I feel it has lost its way insomuch that it has very few guest facilities, apart from a bedroom, and it feels somewhat tired. Interesting historic building with comfortably safe motorcycle parking near the reception. Lovely helpful staff, Reasonably good buffet breakfast with a wide variety of cakes, the usual assortment of local ham and cheese products and endless coffee. Generous size and quality bath towels in the room. Kettle in room; but no cups, 5 bags of sugar and one coffee ! Short walk to a really good riverside restaurant (La Higuera); but get there early or book as it is very popular with the local community. We ate there twice it's that good. This is not really a hotel and should only be classed as a B&B; there is no bar or restaurant despite having some very spacious public rooms however, Bottled Beer, wine and coffee can be purchased from reception; but there is not always someone there. The town feels run down and a bit scruffy so don't expect anything to write home about; but the local area offers some spectacular riding roads. There is no air conditioning; luckily it was reasonably cool during our stay and we slept with the window open.

Impressive looking entrance and public areas but rooms are very very basic. No bar or restaurant unless you book with a ‘separate’ business ? Pleasant staff at checkin. 10-15 minute walk in to town. We had no hot water for our whole stay and we’re only offered the use of another room just before checkout. Didn’t get breakfast because it was overcrowded and chaotic. Just one small hot water dispenser for around 100 people. Dirty cups, no free tables. Very disappointing.

Excelente hotel de tres estrellas, casi parece de cuatro. Estupendas instalaciones comunes, salas de lectura, un maravilloso claustro, un espacio exterior agradable en el que sirven también comidas y una decoración exquisita. Nuestra habitación era de buen tamaño, bien iluminada, limpia y con una decoración sencilla y agradable. El desayuno variado y completo. La atención del personal fantástica. Puntos a mejorar en nuestro caso: la cama pequeña para alguien de 1'88, almohadas muy blandas (personal), en agosto sin aire acondicionado (sólo contábamos con un ventilador) nos falló el monomando de la ducha y la persiana se quedaba encallada al subirla hasta arriba. Por último, el parquing, que se queda pequeño por lo menos en la segunda semana de agosto. Pero en resumen, un precioso hotel con personal muy atento, ideal para descansar junto al casco viejo.

Tout commence bien ; endroit beau et calme et accueil agréable, c’est après que ça se complique : parking insuffisant, douche ingérable, lumières de chevet stroboscopiques (pas commode pour lire !) et pour la petite collation du soir une employée gentille mais qui ne sait pas qu’elle a deux mains qui peuvent servir ensemble. Nous avons finalement dû aller en ville acheter de quoi faire un sandwich parceque pour dîner à Miranda, bonsoir ! Dommage ; de bons atouts inexploités …
