6/10 Good

We arrived at the site and had to make a phone call for someone to come and help us check in. There was poor communication between the managers and the company, though the staff tried to be helpful. The room itself was in nice condition and satisfactory. However, there was no lobby per se and so not anything outside our room (ice, coffee etc).
