She said I can give you a new swipe card. This swipe card did not work. On return to reception, she said she would rekey it and I had to try it again. This key did not work, and returned to reception, she realised then she had given me a swipe card to a different room. She accompanied me to our room with a master key, and as the room could not be lit, I had to collect our remaining belongings in the dark and had to carry a larger amount of luggage in one trip to the car. This was a very distressing way to end our stay.
