6/10 Good

The people here were very nice, and the stay was comfortable. But they REALLY need to do some cleaning and maintenance. I hope the owners see this, because this would be a very good place for the price if it was better maintained

This hotel is park at your door 2 story. We requested a first floor room & was accomplished. It was a clean room with a nice TV that was. Nice to watch after driving all day. The hotel was directly off the highway quiet & secluded.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAMILY FRIENDLY SAFE CLEAN,COMFY

I have had the privilege to stay here on several different occasions. The owners and staff are amazing.. The beds are beyond comfortable. The rooms are very nice sized very clean and the prices are amazing. It’s a very safe place as I have stayed here just myself as a single woman and also have felt safe and comfortable enough and have stayed here with my child during travel

I never went to breakfast at the hotel because I met friends in town for breakfast. The facility is clean, but a bit rundown; however, the price was fair. The bed was confortable and the room was quiet with very effective temperature controls. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located with lots of amenities close by.

6/10 Good

Staff was nice even with a very late check in. Door in bathroom could use some attention. Cleaned/painted and repair door know. Paint on tile could be removed. Nothing major, would look a little bit better care for.
Candace, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

I would really have liked to leave the Old Town Inn 5 stars because it is quiet and affordable, however, the manager, Harsh, is unfriendly and discriminated against us because of our son's service animal.
Chelsea, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Check in was very easy. When we entered our room it appeared clean, but the cobweb running from the wall next to the door to the first double- bed told me it's not cleaned every day. We were only staying one night so we could explore St Augustine, and the price point was fantastic. So we had our adventure, came back to the room and slept well. The beds are comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower too! We missed the breakfast, but did see the breakfast area, seemed very nice.
Nichole, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This hotel is absolutely unacceptable. The property is infested with roaches, and after 11:00 PM the entire atmosphere turns unsafe. Loud disturbances, including people yelling throughout the night, make it impossible to sleep. We stayed for two nights while visiting family, but this is not a place for families. No one traveling with children should stay here. Very bad experience overall.
Tonny, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The bathroom stank of urine and mildew. The floors were dirty. The washrags were threadbare. The waffle machine didn't function.
John, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The water wasnt warm in my room
Evelyn, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Front desk staff was friendly, bed was fairly comfortable and room was fairly clean. However, there were some things that were an issue. The sheets had cigarette burns on them, the drawer handles in the room were severely rusted and outlets were lacking (only one outlet near the bed - needed one on each side of the bed). The tv remote was sticky, which was gross. While watching tv one night, I felt something on my leg. When I looked, I saw a cockroach running across the bed!
David, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

The sink was clogged, the room had a strange smell. The front desk was rude with family member when getting breakfast. When checking out the front desk was on personal call and was ignoring me when i tried to speak to him in regards to room sink.
Nancy Cortes, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

This hotel failed to meet the most basic cleanliness standards. Our first room had dirty bed sheets and a dirty bed cover, which is unacceptable for any guest. We were moved to a second room, only to find long hairs on the sheets and makeup stains, clearly indicating that the bedding had not been replaced. On top of that, some lightbulbs weren’t working, and although the front desk promised to replace them, no one ever came. The front desk area has a strong pesticide smell, making the experience unpleasant and concerning from the moment you walk in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As many other reviews have mentioned, they’ll likely respond saying they’re “listening” and “working on improvements,” but nothing seems to have changed based on past feedback.
Marta, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room was clean and was decently quiet
Lance, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Pretty nice for a quick trip for a wedding. Tripped the breaker on the room the first day and didn’t know how since nothing was on but they came up and fixed it. No pool which was a bummer but it served the purpose to sleep comfy and safe.
