The hotel is great. New, clean and very comfortable. The only downside was that the door to the street (side door) was not completely closed, they put a rock to keep the door open, we removed it 2 times and found the door open again, as we were on the 1st floor and near to the door, we did not feel safe.

This hotel is brand new, the employees are polite but inexperienced. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Right, right next to the border. A little noisy outside. It was 2 am in the morning and they were playing music outside.

I recently had an exceptional stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in quick and effortless. The lobby was clean, modern, and had a very inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of the stay. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in amenities like quality linens, reliable Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked coffee station. Housekeeping maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was ideal—close to local attractions, dining, and transportation, yet still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also enjoyed the on-site amenities, especially the breakfast service, which offered a great variety of fresh and satisfying options. What truly stood out was the level of customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, which made the stay feel personal and memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.

I like the hotel and have stayed there 2 times and both times the elevators were not working so we had to use the stairs. If you have bad knees call before booking. Other than that the staff is helpful and hotel is clean.
