Wonderful stay. Very helpful staff. Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Restaurant has limited opening hours, which was a little disappointing, but there are plenty of local eateries close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is excellent and staff are generally great. The shuttle service should be more clear on the site as we tried to reserve an airport shuttle and was told it would be $600 yuan. We instead took a DiDi which ended up being under $100 yuan during rush hour. Food is good but could use a bit more variety. Staff in the restaurant area are excellent. Gym could use some updating. Location is convenient but very local driven. Overall a very good experience

The hotel is in an older part of the city, so the surrounding streets were not so well maintained (darker, dirtier, more run-down). The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean. There is a laundry room, free to use. Breakfast has a good variety of food.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, right by Yide Lu metro station, which made getting around very easy. The rooms are modern, very clean, and still feel cozy and homey, which is perfect when traveling with family. Breakfast was great. Both of my kids always found something they liked and enjoyed, and everything was fresh and tasty. The communication before arrival was outstanding. The hotel even received and kept our Taobao packages for us several days before we arrived, which helped us so much and made everything stress-free. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was incredibly sweet, helpful, and genuinely fun. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of. There is also a self-service laundry room, which is a huge bonus when traveling with kids. We would absolutely stay here again.
