The room was ok the bedding was nice and clean but the room itself could do with some redecoration but it was not terrible it was warm I had hot water but no running cold water and not sure if there was complimentary tea and coffee as there were cups and a kettle and sugar but nothing else I would give the hotel 4.5 out of 10 as the hotel could do with a good redecoration thought out

The staff were amazing i cannot understate how kind and accommodating they were. Everything was impeccably clean in the rooms, however some of the communal areas of the property could do with an update. The property as a whole was quite old and some of the lights didnt work properly unless you turned them on in a specific order. definitely a good place for a night or two if you just want a cheep bed however wouldnt stay for longer than that and wouldnt recomend for anyone who wants a modern room. Once again though the staff were all amazing.

Cheap, quiet and clean with helpful staff. Building was once a beautiful gothic victorian spa and has a lots of original features. Sadly the the building and decor have seen better days, but what can be expected at such a lot cost?
