The hotel refused to accept your booking . They said you are not authorized to do booking on behalf of the hotel. Reached the hotel counter after about 30 hours journey and then this booking hassels. I had to dp the fresh on the spot booking. I had full faith on Expedia. But now? Who will compensate me, a 78 yrs old sr citizen , for such harassmrnts? .
