We stayed four nights in the Country Inn and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The friendly and helpful staff were greatly appreciated. The Inn is a charming old home converted into an Inn. The decor was beautiful and consistent with a high end hotel built in the 1860’s. We overlooked the Bay of Fundy from our balcony and enjoyed the peaceful setting. Hot breakfasts were served in the dining room every morning. Saint Martins is a small but quaint town on the shore of the Bay of Fundy. You will need a rental car to see all the sites within a short driving distance. We will be back again and highly recommend the Inn for couples interested in staying somewhere other than the usual hotel chains. The places oozes character and charm.

St. Martins Country Inn is beautiful decorated with antiques and real wooden furniture. The rooms were exceptional clean and well taken care of. We arrived late but offered a choice of rooms and a walk through for both of them. The lady who checked was friendly and accommodating. We travelled from Ontario, Canada to catch the ferry to Newfoundland. We had limited time to spend in the area but if we do this again we won't hesitate to stay there again. Our room had a/c, a private bathroom, and a balcony looking out at the bay.

This is a sweet little historic hotel. Each room is slightly different and there are loads of open areas downstairs in which to sit and read or chat. There’s also a deep front balcony and a lovely garden. It’s a short walk down to the quiet pebble beach with views of the bay and distant cliff caves. The tiny town of Saint Martin’s offers only summer tourist fare but it’s charming. The inn staff is lovely, the beds are very comfy, the decor fits the building, and there are even two cats roaming the property to top it off. It was the nicest place we stayed during our trip all over the Maritimes, along with being the most economical, and we wish we had just spent the entire 10 days there. We will return!

Communication with the owners was minimal and calls and emails were not returned after several emails and phone numbers were provided. This was an anniversary gift for a couple who rarely get away and I was worried that no one would be there when they arrived. LUCKILY, IT ALL TURNED OUT WELL AND THEY HAD A GREAT STAY, LOVELY MEAL AND A NICE TIME. Thank you to the owners for providing the complimentary meal and hope that you are able to soon find staff to help you.

We loved our stay at the Inn! The staff were absolutely fabulous (shout-out to Bob, the grounds keeper and handyman, and to Julianna, our server and room attendant) and the environment was so peaceful! We had a little fire on the pond island each evening and a wonderful breakfast in the morning! The room was cosy and the bed was comfy! Would definitely recommend!😊

I loved this inn nice and cozy everything you need friendly staff this is a very old building but it is kept up beautifully. I didn’t eat any breakfast but my husband came back up and said it was great he was full lol. We were talking to a local person he told us it was know as the castle of St. Martins I really hope we find ourselves back out this way and are able to come again
