We were nit abke to check in due they sent you a link for check in we were not able to submit , therefore we were not abke to use our stay. They never replied back. They do not have a check in desk. They should refund our money but they do not answer. Awful experience.

基本、スタッフがいないアパートメントタイプなので、事前に到着時間を連絡しておくことが大事。そうしておくと、スタッフが時間になったら来て入り方とかを教えてくれる。 部屋はとにかく広い。広くて快適。エアコンも完備。私が止まったのは2ベッドルームタイプの部屋。両方にテレビも置かれている。ダブルベッドがそれぞれの部屋に置かれている。4人まで泊まれるけど、ダブルが2台なので要注意。 ホテルからは中心部や観光スポットのコロッセオなどにもアクセスが簡単なので、とても便利。次にまたヴェローナに行くときは、またここにしたい。
