Lo mejor es la ubicación. El apartamento es muy viejo. Olor a humedad. Muebles muy antiguos. Falta climatización. El agua es escasa, sin presión y con caudal muy pequeño. Salón muy incómodo para 4 personas. La cocina deja mucho que desear, no tiene extractor. El baño no tiene ventilación.
