The location was great. Easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. Food and activities were all in walking distance. The room itself was modern and clean but not very well designed. The bathroom was extremely small. Only one person can shower at a time. Checkin was horrible and communicating with Charlie host on whatsapp and site was awful. They waited until last minute to approve my documents which I supplied a week before when directed to. The staff at the apartment were very helpful.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to drop one here because some of the negative ratings made me second-guess booking but I’m so glad I went ahead with it anyway. - THE GOOD - The location right between Ipanema and Copacabana is perfect and there is a strong police presence nearby so I felt very safe walking around. The building and room are sleek and modern; I stayed in the Superior Studio, which was plenty of space for just me. When I reported a smell in the fridge, the Charlie team sent housekeeping to take care of it the next day, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff in the building were also super sweet and helpful. Honestly, the ultimate highlight for me were the amenities - having a pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sauna all on-site is pretty hard to find in this area. -THE CHALLENGES- The common complaints in other reviews are mostly fair. Check-in can be a process, but I started the verification three days early to avoid any hassle. Communication with the host team is strictly via WhatsApp, which has its quirks, but I knew what to expect going in. The walls are also a bit thin, so bringing earplugs for sleeping is definitely a good idea. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book here again.

Muito limpo, móveis novos, espaço bem distribuido, infra do condominio é ótima e a localização é ótima, mas o isolamento acustico é zero, realmente dava pra ouvir tudo do quarto do lado, até conversas baixinhas e no corredor também dava pra ouvir até o elevador, isso que fiquei no quarto no final do corredor bem longe do elevador, precisam melhorar muito o isolamento.

Fin og lys leilighet. Et kjøkken med det man trenger bl.a. kjøleskap, kokeplate og Nespresso maskin. Fint bad. Velutstyrt treningsrom i leilighetsbyddet, et basseng og en større jacuzzi med solsenger ved. Hyggelige folk som jobbet i resepsjonen. Det var også mulig å kjøpe frokost på stedet til tross for at det ikke sto det var mulig i annonsen. Denne kostet 60 BRL og var helt okei, men fint å ha muligheten! Beliggenheten er veldig bra på Ipanema med umiddelbar tilgang til Stranden.
