We love our room with the free beverages and comfortable beds. Location is also great, close to Nishiki Market, other shops and restaurants. We ate at the restaurant across the street which has really good prices and offerings.

It is a clean quiet hotel located in the best neighborhood with many small cute restaurants with local vibe. Truly appreciate the staff Mr Hou who helped us solve the luggage shipping to our next hotel. It is supposed to be self-serbice style so his warm service was truly above and beyond!

LOVED our stay! It was our favorite hotel in Japan, we stayed in several and this was so perfectly clean, everything smelled so good. It’s actually a lot bigger than the pictures make it seem and the bathroom was just a dream. Highly recommend

I never write reviews, but I felt I had to write one for this hotel. Everything was perfect — the location, the service, the room, and the overall experience. The hotel is very close to the market and is conveniently located right across from a famous coffee shop. The room was beautiful, and the hotel is situated in such a lovely and charming neighborhood. The staff were absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special. I will most definitely come back to Kyoto, even if it’s just to stay at this hotel again. Thank you so much for giving us such wonderful memories. I truly loved my stay!

The whole place is spacious, peaceful and beautiful! Japanese style room equipped with complimentary drinks and snacks as well as nice pajamas and slippers to use during stay. The shower and very large bath tub are amazing! Very close to great shopping and Nishiki market. We hope to come back soon for a longer stay.

Amazing property!!! 100% would recommend. The room was absolutely beautiful! Loved the huge in room tub. My only small complaint was the pillows were too hard and the hotel didn’t have any others available. But I would still absolutely recommend and stay there again!

This was one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed in. Felt like home and so close to everything you need in Kyoto. Outside of the room the hotel is very minimal so don’t expect someone to be downstairs when you arrive or leave. This isn’t a negative, just more like your own apartment than a traditional hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again. We had so much room for the 4 of us.

We had a wonderful stay, so much so we cancelled our last night in Tokyo to stay in Kyoto an extra day. Perfect Japanese style with a modern twist. The location is impeccable and the staff are so lovely. My daughter got sick from some food at Disney Sea days prior and they were so nice when she “got sick” in the front entrance. The bed was so nice it was like sleeping at home …And the bathroom I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. Cannot wait to return sans sick kids 😂. Thanks so much!

Room was amazing and location was perfect. But there is no front desk staff and the QR code to contact them with questions didn't work. When we called the main number and messaged they did not respond
