Great hotel nice and tidy . Smiling staff. What didn’t known when booked was that they have a quite charming swimming pool that haven’t been shown on the pics before. Great Chinese cuisine in front. The rooms were very large with loads of storage space. Large bathroom. Very clean. The breakfast was average. Staff were helpful when asked. Bathroom hot water took a while to heat up. Bed was a little firmer than I would prefer but overall a great hotel and close to mall. I will be back. Great price for quality of room you receive.

This hotel is fairly new as of this review on 7/23/26. Some staff members said it opened in 2025 while some said it opened in 2026. It was my first visit here. The building looks great with marble/tile flooring throughout giving it a really nice look. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a double room & the room was very spacious & comfortable. It could easily fit about 6 people. But the max occupancy per room is 4. It would be nice if they allowed all 6 in my group to stay in one room. But I had to book a second room. The pool and bar in the back is nice and relaxing. The breakfast is good. Amazonia mall is 5 mins walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It would be nice if they had a fitness room.

The lack of natural light was a deal breaker for me there was only one window in the bathroom and that was all the natural light you will get in the room , the toilet was an issue but other than that it was very clean breakfast was tasty but if you don’t get breakfast early (before 8-8:30) and it’s all gone (the local dishes ) you have to stick with continental dishes.

My husband and i spent our anniversary weekend at this amazing hotel. The room was spacious, clean and equipped with a large closet, mini fridge, ironing board and 50" television. The bathroom was spacious with hot and cold water. The AC unit was so powerful we had to turn it off and the room kept cold for hours. Thank heavens there was a comforter. 😆 Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Dinner was great and the bartenders knew what they were doing. The only problem was that guests probably weren't aware of how the doors worked and were annoyingly opening and closing them. Ugh

The room was clean and beautiful & the staff was lovely but I did have some problems. I didn’t have hot water for my first 24 hours there and my toilet would not always flush. On top of that every day a large sum of water would be seeping up from the floors near my bed, I almost slipped and fell quite a few times. Construction was also being done on the property during my stay and they would start very early in the morning waking me up daily. For the price I paid for my stay, I shouldn’t have had to deal with these issues. & not a complaint but just fyi for anyone deciding to stay there without a rental or anyone new to Guyana, the location is not in walking distance to anything so a taxi will be needed for you to go anywhere.

Staff was excellent. Checked me in despite having a problem locating my reservation on Expedia. However, the room was terrible. AC blowing hot air at 16 degree turbo fan setting. No hot or even warm water after running the shower for a while. A roach strolling across the bathroom floor. That's three strikes and Im out.

Yes it was very nice the food was nice it was a good location it had a nice swimming pool but it Wasnt heated the room was nice and clean with a good comfy bed but we booked a taxi with the hotel and they said it was reliable and the taxi man worked for them but the man never came and we nearly missed are trip .The room was good with a nice bathroom but the toilet woudnt flush 😳 and we had to get someone to come and fix it several times apart from that its was verry good 👍 review from Hari and Ravi.
