This is a great place to stay in when visitng Osaka. Located incredibly close to the underground Namba station, you have a wide range of transport options, as well as places to eat and shop right outside your door. The staff are very kind and diligent and were very helpful. Highly reccomend this property.

6/10 Good

Well it isn’t expencive hotel and it shows. The room doesn’t have windows so it is like a cave with red walls. Not that pleasent. You could open the ”window” a bit which was nice. The room were TINY as well as the bathroom so if you are over 180 cm we wouldn’t recommend this, you wont fit in the room or shower😂 it also smelled like mold and air quality were not that good. In the plus side the ac worked really well and it was a great location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They held my luggage for 2 nights while to travel to other cities. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I like the design that the show and bathroom are separated. The hotel is in good location to restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. It also has laundry facilities, but I didn't need to use it.

6/10 Good

The hotel is very central, very well located. The hotel was quiet despite that. The floor of the room was not really clean, and the AC had a hard time going below 24°C which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Laundry accessible.

Location was perfect, very convenient.

6/10 Good

The walls were thin so could hear things. The bathroom is tiny and no tub just a shower with a weird door (open slits) on the toilet so lack of privacy. Good location though to be close to things
